Exchanges

We appreciate you shopping online with us and accept exchanges on non- custom orders. Please notify us via e-mail within 24 hrs. ([email protected])

Exchange Policy

• All products must include the original package.
• Products must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused and new,
• All merchandise marked "FINAL SALE" "ON SALE" cannot be returned nor exchanged.
• No return or exchanges on personalized orders, or custom websites.

Store Credit

• Treated like cash
• Non-transferable to another person
• Any amount exceeded over store credit will require another form of payment (i.e. credit card, PayPal)

US Hassle-Free Exchange

All exchanges for store credit will be processed free of charge. Original shipping +handling fee are non-refundable.

International Exchanges

Please follow the instructions e-mailed to you. Exchanges must be received within 5 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot refund taxes, duties, or shipping fees.

Exchanges and Processing

Exchanges will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return item(s).Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
